We step in around six weeks out to refine your plans, liaise with your vendors, and craft a tailored run sheet. On the day, we’re there to oversee every detail — so you can be fully present, knowing it’s all unfolding just as you imagined.
Prior to the day:
2 x details meetings (4 months and 1 month prior to your day)
Vendor support from 8 weeks prior
Creation and distribution of the event brief including the timeline, key contacts and on the day locations

On the day:
10 hours on-the-day coordination

You’ve booked a few key elements and know the feel you’re after — now you’re ready for expert guidance to help complete the planning and manage the day. We work closely with you to fill in the gaps, refine the logistics, and ensure everything flows seamlessly, from first plans to final toast.
